The first Amendment: The freedom of religion, speech, assembly, and press.
The 2nd Amendment: The Right to bear arms and mentain a militia.
The 3rd Amendment: No quartering of troops in civilians house without the consent of the owner.
The 4th Amendment: No unauthorized search and seizure.
The 5th Amendment: The due procedure of law.
The 6th Amendment: The right to a fair and speedy trial by jury.
7th Amendment: The right to a jury if the crime exceeds in damage of $20.
8th Amendment: No cruel and unusual punishment.
The 9th Amendment: Citizens are not restricted to the rights labeled above. This includes the right to vote, the right to live, and the right to watch television.
10th Amendment: Powers that are not given to the federal government, and are not prohibited to the states, belong to the states and the people.
